Because Salary wasn't increased in my 5 years experience. I was tired of telling my senior officer. But no one paid any attention to me. Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.
Lack of professionalism and leadership. No interest in developing individuals as future leaders. People joining from different companies and small companies expect a lot from the organization in terms of mentoring from superior or the reporting authority.No proper empowerment of the person before the customer and also within the organization. I had joined Philips from Midmark (Formerly Janak Healthcare Private Limited) where I was star performer due to many good initiations from the company like, proper training, empowering the sales person as a key person before the customer and also within the organization but whereas it is very very poor in Philips. People will feel very suffocated and it will be a big minus point in one's resume if you leave the company like Philips in a short time. With so many aspirations people join with a great pace to excel in their work but it is something different here.
They don't give the salary and benefits they have promised.
There is no job security.
They is no room for learning and applying.
They give negligible hike or no hike.
The people are non cooperative.
Bad working environment.
They don't give freshers a fair chance to learn and prove themselves.
...s not doing well after the loss and billion dollar suite. Join on your own risk. Initial pay is good and no hikes there after.
Now a new lawsuit in UK also . Don't know wat happens now .
Some senior architects expect us to get results which they know although there are may different approaches.
