Expect job sequrity nothing is good here , After all they don't give you salary on time and don't give u claim also that's why they don't remove you from company...

Very bad company culture , no senior support , not receive salary on time . They give Rembursment after 3 to 4 month of Apply , if you are in sick or any emergency leave they deduct your salary also, Finally Philips domestic appliances company culture is very I strongly don't recommend this company to any one...
