Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing everything is big zero A totally fraud company They will make you work hard for a month or so and at the time of salary they will ask you to leave the company no appointment letter will be given to you. The director is a total fraud

Owner of this company, is terrific, full of bossing attitude, does not provide freedom at work, humiliate workers in front of servants, outsiders, consultancies dont provide candidates to this company. 12 sales people, 6 admin people have left this company from january, and they are not old employees rather newly recruit people. Candidates dont apply or go to this company.
