Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The management is trying to change the culture, working environment, company policies. Good company if you are staying near company. Train connectivity is good from Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar & Baroda but in long term it is not advisable.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Lack of professionalism. Mediclaim policy is not good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is not value for old experience people.there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
