They think pfizer is their own company don't know how to run pfizer in india and they just show to pfizer main HQ in America that how good they are going by crushing employees at every aspect.. Termination and vrs are just ready.. every load on field force managers during tough time just protect themselves lot's of politics here management don't care about field employee and job security is horrible... Pfizer india is not obeying global policies of pfizer here sales are unhygienic. not with policies. top management of pfizer in india are running pfizer like third grade company..
