The most thing i like about petrofac is their payments. Its on time with all perks will be credited to your accounts in the first week of every month. If any discrepancy in the salary credit, fast action will be taken by concerned departments.

Dislikes

Now a days working environment is very worst due to indian management. Previously it was fantastic in terms of package and holidays. Currently very worst thing i noticed that posting wrong people to the positions hence professionallism is missing.

Compare to direct employees, secondment employees will not get much benefits. Will not get proper response from Admin team and their mobilization is also not upto thier standard, instead of booking from nearest airport they will ask us to travel additional 4 to 8 hrs to reduce flight cost. Compensation for offshore is also very less, they have single standard for site peoples, even if we go to onshore or offshore, their standard remains same.

Good work environment and culture. My Teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...Very sorry to say , I was asked to leave the company during pandemic situation. I got no compensation. So please do not join this company if you get opportunity as they will kick you out if they don't need you. Thank you.

Working environment is Good permanent and Temporary system is not good. give equalisation for all staff bonus and benefits as per the grade

Our QC department to be required improvements from site manager managers are required beter experience and handling his staff. Not only for his state people. managers to be from UK. Arab's. or USA. For better site management
