While employees from other communities work hard, they often don't receive credit. The founders are cheap individuals who use employees' talents like tissue paper, not providing minimal appreciation or credit. So, I advise new joiners to be careful.

This is my second company, I was there for almost 1 year and I have seen a different culture where I felt this office is best. One is From my DOJ till now I didn't see my manager staying in a different room. He will be staying next to us. He will be working with us. If we have any concerns he will always be available with us. I have seen many companies the managers will be sitting alone. we feel very shy talking to them. But only Petras Solutions I have seen managers are very friendly. Many times I too have a convo with him, He used to put his hands in my shoulder with a Friendly manner.
