This is my second company, I was there for almost 1 year and I have seen a different culture where I felt this office is best. One is From my DOJ till now I didn't see my manager staying in a different room. He will be staying next to us. He will be working with us. If we have any concerns he will always be available with us. I haveseen many companies the managers will be sitting alone. we feel very shy talking to them. They are not providing salary properly bcz they don't know how to treat with employees during this tough time.
