...ent cheeter and use the recruitment to loot the client in best professional way. Moreover he Fe fools vendors who often work hard for the company and also holds salary of the employee who who are against the fraudulent work and cheating client.

Dislikes

Company director loots client and vendor and make profit out of it. He needs 60-70% margin cost which is nothing but taking client amount in advance and pressuring vendor to complete the job.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
