Likes

Work life balance experience in company is good. Most of the people are nice and understand the situation and act accordingly. Higher management is always there for you and you can connect with them with your issues. There is a peace of mind working here in most of the projects.

Overall a very friendly work environment. Definitely worth joining. Work life balance depends on the team/project. Learning opportunities are plenty. In fact persistent wants its employees to learn and grow. Would Definitely recommend it.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very tight timelines for work. Long extended hour(min of 11 hour) everyday. You have to work on weekends but not sure about comp -off. Although you good leaves but you can't take due to workload. If you just want to spend most of your time in working only then it's good for you. Might be it's differ from project to project but it didn't worked out for me.

Dislikes

Compensation is a big minus. You won't get what you deserve in terms of salary. In fact, you get peanuts. No stocks, no gifts on big festivals, even laptops are of lesser configuration. People aren't highly professional as I have seen in companies like IBM, HP etc. But they are good.

Got offer from persistent
I have received offer from persistent systems , Hr agreed for 50% hike on base pay. After reviewing the offer letter I got to know. I got 30% hike on basepay only. But variable pay is there. Hr is saying she got approval for 30% only. But including all other benefits u got a good hike. Shall I accept it or not?
