Work life balance experience in company is good. Most of the people are nice and understand the situation and act accordingly. Higher management is always there for you and you can connect with them with your issues. There is a peace of mind working here in most of the projects.

Overall a very friendly work environment. Definitely worth joining. Work life balance depends on the team/project. Learning opportunities are plenty. In fact persistent wants its employees to learn and grow. Would Definitely recommend it.

Work life balance in some of the projects are not very good. Appraisal percentage is very good but make sure you negotiate your salary well, before joining.

Medical insurance is good after top up. Learning is good. Competitive salary.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very tight timelines for work. Long extended hour(min of 11 hour) everyday. You have to work on weekends but not sure about comp -off. Although you good leaves but you can't take due to workload. If you just want to spend most of your time in working only then it's good for you. Might be it's differ from project to project but it didn't worked out for me.

Job Security. The company always tries to map a resource to some project or the other, seldom terminates the employment. People are good. Work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is a big minus. You won't get what you deserve in terms of salary. In fact, you get peanuts. No stocks, no gifts on big festivals, even laptops are of lesser configuration. People aren't highly professional as I have seen in companies like IBM, HP etc. But they are good.
