Nothing good in this company.

Dislikes

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.

The only good thing in Persistent Systems is the wfh flexibility but you have to pay the price for that.

Dislikes

I cant mention 1 or 2 things because everything is bad in this company. Your career depends upon your lead/manager who are good for nothing. Whenever you gets stuck at something you will be asked to do it but at the same time your so called technical lead womt help you and ask you to Google it. You will not get any help on anything but your appraisal will be done on 1 or 2 mistakes which you have done in the complete appraisal cycle irrespective of 1000 good works you have done.

They will hire you on project basis. If project called off before deployed on project then they put you on bench. After one month they will tell , there is bench policy if you are on bench for some period of time then will ask you to resign. Without matching profile they will schedule interviews. They are are so many internal issues you will get to know after joining the company.

Salary on time. 2days wfo Office spread through out India and you can login from anywhere if your project doesn't have any issue.

Dislikes

Now a days they don't have project. Once you are out from existing one due to any reason, getting another one in a month is so difficult and then you will be terminated. Hike you will get very less. 5% avg. They reduce the workforce for the same amount of work. Mostly they try to reduce the senior resources to save money.

Just challenging work and there is lot of scope for enhance your skill set. Provide opportunity to get certification on many platforms Like GCP, AWS etc.

Dislikes

...ter put you in bench there is struggle for good employees to get new Projects. Variable pay added to CTC. Even for top performer to get new project is very difficult.
