Job is not safe. Projects get ramped down frequently and you get only one month to get a new project. If not HR will call you, ask you to share your screen and initiate your resignation.

...oo Frustrated that it could let you to attempt SUCIDE and the best part is that Their lead offer you that they will provide good salary and increment to Convence you and once they feel that ok you are convinced then within week you will get Resignation letter by Company itself and if not ,they will give Termination by saying the Poor Performance issue.Never join this Company it's a bloody Loop and you will definitely going to Feel heal in this organization. No transperancy ..Just think that your lead is Convence you to not attempt SUCIDE.

Worst company deploy into client location and force to upskill and work no immediate joining bonus, relieve on resigned day itself if not in any project and no direct client making money from other companies by hiring as a contractor to other companies like Wells Fargo

Carrier Growth won’t be there. Salaries will be very less and there is no proper salary structure based on your role. Fresher will be earning more than 8 years experienced Engineer . Where fresher will be keep taking KT and experienced Engineers will be keep giving KT . Good for fresher Bad for experienced engineers Job security is zero

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.
