Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Hi I have overall 9 years of experience and my current package is 11.5 LPA working as business analyst. I have 2 offers Deloitte - 16 LPA (role business analyst+ scrum master) Persistent - 20 LPA business analyst - user experience role ( working from client location) Both are hybrid.
