Please suggest a good one with some details. Thanks in advance

...CTC. They did this even during covid period when everyone was working from home. As compared to new hirees the salary being offered to 2 years experienced candidates is quite less and needs revision.

Dislikes

The project allocation for freshers totally depends on luck, will be development-related, but it could be anything from Salesforce, .Net, Java, React, SDET. Won't be able to change the project for some time.

...rience because young guys getting much if you will compare with experienced one. For example 5 year experience guys getting same salary as same as 12 years exp guy. Over all persistent is a good company to work, they take care of employees.

Dislikes

...no cares about experience and projects delivered for promotion of old employees. For new candidates, they are giving already promoted designation and good salary, but for existing employees, they are not caring about salary hike and promotion. It's very worst at Persistent.
