WLB: Good in my case, no work on weekends, minimal overtime work, The Manager was really good, humble, and supportive, no definite punching time, one needs to show up for a minimum 5hrs per day in the office for 2 days per week. But the WLB is team, project, and manager dependent entirely, one of my colleagues was into some salesforce support project, and WLB was horrible.

...s are there but that is just peanuts, the better thing is to switch the company. Salary: Similar to other WITCH companies. Freshers who are hired are given salaries according to their college or coding skills. The starting salary is around 4.75, 7.5, or 9lpa. Majority of them are hired at lower salaries and then exploited to the core. The amount of work is almost similar for different salaries offered. The senior employees of the company are the most lifeless beings in the organization, sad and addicted to cigarettes, and alcohol. If you want peace of mind, then stay away from Persistent

Nothing is good ,offer letter is full of variables and basic will be low because during layoffs they can pay 3 months basic only sometimes nothing will be paid out. PSL Offer good amount 3X if they need you in module. Bossy management.

No job security, very less projects, very bad internal policy, they do not even hosted a single flag in office during 15th august. No festival celebration, you need to only work 15-17 hours in a day to get the target. Unrealistic expectations, narrow deadline. Management do partiality between new and old colleagues. Persistent hire new people only for module once done you need to find new projects and in 45 days you will be terminated. 1% appraisal if you are star performer.

40k yearly deduction for food provided in office premises even if you don't eat. Because of COVID situation or what they allocated short term project (4 months max). If they don't have project for your skill then they allocate you to cross technology project with trainings. If you don't like it then it's a con point for you. They put you in lower positions if no projects available for your position. Clients are mostly the pain area. Clients escalation happens the most, even if you work perfect. Managers and management can't able to handle the client. And then team suffers.
