No project even after 6 months Skills mismatched projects Force to take different skills project or else ask to resign They hire for asking to resign No security even for internal employees No growth No onsite No projects at all Worst company ever Useless Management is not good No supportive management Too much judgements Managers don't know how to talk Designation and roles are different They will make you project lead with 6 yrs of experience and if you search project you will be judged how with less nos of experience you are project lead Managers having CTC less than you will not consider you Employee whose designation is less than you with year of experience high , will not consider you There is nothing good to count

40k yearly deduction for food provided in office premises even if you don't eat. Because of COVID situation or what they allocated short term project (4 months max). If they don't have project for your skill then they allocate you to cross technology project with trainings. If you don't like it then it's a con point for you. They put you in lower positions if no projects available for your position. Clients are mostly the pain area. Clients escalation happens the most,even if you work perfect. Managers and management can't able to handle the client. And then team suffers.

Salary and increments - There will be no salary increment for next 2 years for anyone who joins after September. Increment is very less. Job Security - Company is firing employees who is on bench for 1 week also in 2023. So many employees lost job because of this. Lack of Projects Less allowances - Shift allowances are very low. A person working in night shift gets only 550 rupees while other companies pays around 1000. Deduction for food - Company provides food in campus and deducts from CTC. Food is very basic and many employees does not like the food.

There is no security in this Company especially for HR Recruiters. No Promotion, No Salary Hikes, No Incentives - nothing here. Only for experience sake, need to work. They can Terminate you at anytime, if you speak about your Job or for Internal moving job. Here there is no support from anyone to move for Internal moving. If you are looking internal moving or switch to IT, remember - They will Terminate you at anytime with small or silly mistakes that you had done in your Team or in the Project. This never be a mistakes at all. They definitely point this out to be a very big mistake from Persistent point of view. Even for Saturdays you need to work that to every week. Else Managers will force you to work or they will speak about the Termination part. We need to work without any incentives even for Saturdays too. But in Offer Letter, they had mentioned Saturdays is fixed off. Talent Acquisition job is one of the worst job in Persistent. So i suggest, not to work in Persistent or take a suggestion from someone who already left the Company because of this incident. Even I worked here for almost 2.5 years, those Managers never give me any Promotion Or Salary Hike. Finally they Terminated me without unknowing mistake. They already pointed on me & does the same. Never believe your Managers and the HR's too, they never ever discuss with employee, why the incident happened. They simply call the employee & say we are TERMINATING. If this seeing by Persistent Employers. Have some patience & discuss with the employees too. You people never hear any word with the employees. You though you are great & what you are doing is right. ( Managers & Top Level Managers & HR's) without employees how can you achieve your goal. Think of it. Persistent Systems need learn or understand about the moral values. For Managerial level, they won't Terminate or remove anyone. Why this only for employees too. Not for the Managers or HR's ? That too they are maintaining 2 faces in the Company. And they definitely done BIG MISTAKES, they won't speak about this matter. They just try to cover it up.
