No professionalism. Managers including HR do partiality alot . They think that they have bought you in 23k salary. There is no promotion at all and when time comes they pick from some other company. These people will never grow bcoz growth needs bigger mind set and thinking and these people are very narrow minded. Think before you join .Or still if you join then be ready to sell your self on a cheaper rates .

Everything starting from HR to Quality . Management is 0. They are liers. These people should take a training about how to run a business. These people can be legally Sue anytime if they don't correct them self. HR is pathetic. Managers are buyers. This should be closed soon. Raise a pitition against them.
