These people will never grow bcoz growth needs bigger mind set and thinking and these people are very narrow minded. Think before you join .Or still if you join then be ready to sell your self on a cheaper rates .

Everything starting from HR to Quality . Management is 0. They are liers. These people should take a training about how to run a business.
