...biased. I have completed more work than other new joinee did who joined with me. They haven't even cleared the compensation of price. Unethical ways of making reports.

Dislikes

Work life balance. The team leader was not ready to defend his team in the end every body left.

I was employed in Persistence Market Research (PMR) but use to work from Transparency Market Reference and Future Market Research, when i got employed the team members was of 10, post working 1 year i got shrink to 5. My work day is use to be full of anxiety and pressurised to work from 10am to 9.30 pm sometimes 11 pm. Additionally when i resigned i struggled for my full and final settlement and finally got after 1 year (after sending them legal notice).

Dislikes

If I put side my team, the overall culture wasn't good, so much work pressure, working on weekends, upper management people are worse.
