Worst region head Amrita Wali she does not understand the business, it's very surprising that how she manage to get this position not on bais of talent but definitely on basis of favoring her bosses . She is just making the hard working employees work life like a hell . Conviviality going in wrong direction which will become a trap for company in coming days because of the quality of employees working here in south zone.

Best company.. where i will learn on multiple aspects. Free food, good environment, 5 days working (WFH for a day as per manager acceptance), ontime salary,leaves Holidays etc.

Some seniors are very khadoos type.

Work culture No work life balance Some managers force to join parties Culture is bad specially in Guwahati due to a ugly politics of a group people and it is supported by the Regional head

Be aware to join. Toxic work culture. Full of politics and favouritism. Very high expectations without knowing the calibar and culture of company. Too much in hurry to implement the systems for which other companies take years, but eventually no system exists. Full of confusion at lower level and upper level as well.

Pathetic work culture, No scope of learning and skill development-people are doing same work from the beginning.
