They just pay you a very hefty amount as a salary

They have nothing else apart from salary to offer, not an employee friendly organization, no planned working, risk of termination is very high, no work life balance working round the clock like 8 to 8 in the office and then receiving calls at home. Would never suggest anyone to join this organization.

Company policies are good & they give good salary hike & bonus most the time except this year which was badly impacted due to Covid.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow also there is lot of gap in salary structure for same position.

Friendly and supportive staff.. great work place and work culture. Salary and other benefits reimburse on time. No extra workload. Independent to show your excellency. Great carrier building opportunity in future..

...ey are selling now like IB, JC etc No work if you are good at buttering and skin show (if you are good looking girl) Good salary for those who do oiling to bosses , you can earn overnight promotion without interviews

When I was working with Company, one of my female colleague was humiliated by Gopal akotkar who was Region Head in Telangana, he carries a very good image of himself in the company but he is a cheap manager, manipulator and more of a womaniser. If someone voice out against him ,he/she may lose their jobs overnight. He has used so many girls in the past ,he calls them at his house and he threw them out of office once used. For males he is having biases too..there are 3-4 males not so talented but they are promoted by Gopal overnight (without any interview) as they were so good and supplying girls to him. Management needs to take severe action on such managers who destroys talented employees career.Gopal is mostly showcase himself as very supportive and most influential but he scan the girls first as per his priority and then chase them by chatting, video calls and social media everywhere to be in their good books .once girls feels the same he starts calling them at his house or overnight parties, drop them at house . Pernod is known as worst in the market because of its internal politics and due to this many people are leaving
