The best thing was ... Every person there was important in his own way. .. Everybody was willing to make things work properly and efficiently .... Howover the senior staff could be a little cunning sometimes

... was not paying efficiently ... Talk about work ... The work stress was high ... But not the salary. .. If a little money is added to the salaries ... I believe apart from that nothing was wrong there

Be aware to join. Toxic work culture. Full of politics and favouritism. Very high expectations without knowing the calibar and culture of company. Too much in hurry to implement the systems for which other companies take years, but eventually no system exists. Full of confusion at lower level and upper level as well.

Work life balance , perks and benefits are good.. company often revised salary to maintain the balance of payouts

Pathetic work culture, No scope of learning and skill development-people are doing same work from the beginning.

They just pay you a very hefty amount as a salary

They have nothing else apart from salary to offer, not an employee friendly organization, no planned working, risk of termination is very high, no work life balance working round the clock like 8 to 8 in the office and then receiving calls at home. Would never suggest anyone to join this organization.

Only salary, benefits and employee care facilities

Dislikes

Mostly 3rd party operation, worse management decisions, no control established in order to achieve KPIs but will ask and penalise if targets not achieved. State of the art manufacturing facility severely lacking.
