Micromanaging Boss, unclear vision and excess work pressure. Handling multiple responsibilities only adds to more outcome expectations without any increase in compensation. If you are in good books, even if you do a terrible job you’ll still be praised. The organisation should deep dive on reasons why certain team members reporting to same manager left in a year. However even after bringing it to light, no actions were taken

Best company.. where i will learn on multiple aspects. Free food, good environment, 5 days working (WFH for a day as per manager acceptance), ontime salary,leaves Holidays etc.

Some seniors are very khadoos type.

Work culture No work life balance Some managers force to join parties Culture is bad specially in Guwahati due to a ugly politics of a group people and it is supported by the Regional head

Pathetic work culture, No scope of learning and skill development-people are doing same work from the beginning.

They just pay you a very hefty amount as a salary

Dislikes

They have nothing else apart from salary to offer, not an employee friendly organization, no planned working, risk of termination is very high, no work life balance working round the clock like 8 to 8 in the office and then receiving calls at home. Would never suggest anyone to join this organization.
