I would have loved to give a zero star but unfortunately could give only a single star which I think that college does not deserve that one star also. Pathetic life for both students and staff members. Been hell of an experience since the date I joined that place.

Seriously speaking I can't even imagine, why the management is not worried about the bitter truth of staff resigning and new staff being recruited almost every month. No one realizes how the students would study if they don't have proper teachers for one semester atleast and staff keep on changing for a particular subject. Ridiculous as it can be they are making a mockery of education in the name of IQAC(Internal Quality Assurance Cell) headed by the Vice Principal, supported by pathetic professors who do not even have a backbone to question him of his stupid and unreasonable tactics to improve the college. I don't understand why staff give blind support to him instead of complaining about him to the higher management. I know many sincere and hard working staff members and people who are loyal to their profession who have been terminated for stupid reasons and many who were forced to resign just because they don't align with the VP. They literally torment people who are even sincere in their work. Every week you can see their AD on websites calling for jobs, because of the simple reason they don't retain their staff, be it the staff was working for more than 4 years or just one month and they don't treat them well, not even as a human being, they will kick you out, if you are deviating from their so called "quality". My kind request to anybody reading this, kindly do not join that college, even if you are having an emergency to get a job!
