150 days(5months) notice period for first 3 years and no Buyout options, Sudden Layoff, HR management, Leave policy, HR policy, Skills switching, Job Insecurity, Variable pay included in CTC and not be paid, Giving Project management to Architect, Giving training on one domain but suddenly onboard us to project with completely different domain.

...r companies it’s for employee relationships but here don’t expect the same If you have any queries regarding your salary and leave reductions you are not supposed to ask them. Reason they don’t have the time time to reply. If you are directly going to meet them they will see you like a worm and ask you to put email. But you never get reply from them even after years. They would show almost rudeness with employees. Every month you will get salaryslip on mid of the month. Sometimes you have to remind them (ex : June Sal slip they will release you after of June 10 or you might expect further delay). Also they won’t available on chat as well even though they are in online. Most importantly if you are giving response on some delay be ready for escalation. If you are started talking about employee welfare be ready to receive your last working day mail. You will be fired. If you really want to work in the good environment with professionally behaving people ameex is not the right place. Also please don’t expect your Variable pay component even though you were working on 24/7 format. Note : Ameex has one more unit called MCE . Above all applicable to this

Life is miserable when you join in Ameex. And the management likes that! Not employees🥵

...h they super impose on employees. If you want a life, dont join this company. HR team is pathetic and never pays attention to employees queries. Pay is very low when compared to industry standards. Working hrs is 24hrs a day. They might also ask to borrow few hours from next day if that is possible. 🥲 No employee benefits. For Tea/coffee, lunch employee needs to pay half price. And they provided chairs in the name of employee benefit during covid for which we need to pay the half amount. Top management doesnt know what's happening in the team. Most projects are micro-managed and makes employees life miserable! Idiotic management ruining the life of engineers. Beware of the fake 5star reviews in Google. Those are given by so called engineers working for Ameex. Appraisal is poor and pathetic! You can survive easily if you put 'jink chak' to your managers and top management!

...proper salary Working hours more than 10 They given only small amount as salary. They swallow more money from employee salary by the name of Variable pay. Some people don't work any thing got more salary. Only few people working but they got less amount. Notice period will be more than other company.No proper response from the HR
