Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suportive and the management is autocratic, which leads to the complete transparency to all the employees. Company policies are transparent as well which is a good opportunity for growth.

There is a lot of politics in every department. Career growth is good but salary increments are too poor.

I like some sales officer and sales manager r too good...they try to learn .

...nager are not fit in the company they harrasment to sales man.distributor.......there are not providing good salary.no TA DA..no medical.no incriment last 5years.no bonus. When we tell to increase salary sales officer said leave the company.
