1- It is a 12 hrs working shift for workers and eventually staff gets pressurized to work for 13-14 hrs minimum. 2- company doesnt follow any SOP 3- everything is urgent everytime 4-extreme work pressure to achieve unrealistic goals 5-false promises by the owners of the company
