The expectation to consistently work beyond regular hours, even after office hours, added to the pressure. Some interactions with senior management lacked professionalism and could have been more constructive. If you value a work environment that promotes autonomy and a healthy work-life balance, I would suggest exploring other opportunities that offer greater flexibility and a more supportive work culture

Work environment was very bad Seniors had no professionalism You have to work on weekends but they will no give extra money as well as for extra working hour You have to work after working hour There is no pl and no growth I would recommend dot join this company if you want work with freedom

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
