...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a People oriented company which create good work atmosphere. Gives empowerment and responsibility and respect to people.

Dislikes

Will get a decent growth in this company but in terms of Compensation needs a little more when compared to other FMCG companies

The favoritism and biasness of certain managers is destroying the culture. They play politics in promotion, salary hikes and even in new opportunities. Either the top management is blind or they don't care

Challenging work, good pay, colleagues are the smartest people in the industry

Dislikes

Work Life Balance can be a challenge. Brands comes with lots of legacy & baggage (not sure if that is positive or negative).

If you are working at ASM level then its okay you can survive long . But at ce level no promotions, no hike, no salary hike nothing ... One you thing will increase that is pressure on you
