An MNC when hires a manager who pees in midnight through the window you know that u r in the wrong organization!. Nothing pleases this organisation not even achieving 105% of your target!

Company given salary before the time and other benefits like transportation, canteen, salary in COVID time, and I also like the work culture and team like family member

Dislikes

Company medical benefits- not included parents, You can't promoted to other positions from oparetive level.even you have high qualification or experience.

Dislikes

Percentage hike is not good for front line executives. Pay and perks are quite low in comparison with other MNCs. Central HR team is good and doing great in looking after their employees but plant level HR team isn't so active and even don't know the details about HR policies. There is no such skill development/ leadership training program for mid senior level positions, no such focus on mid senior level.

Likes

It was a great learning experience being with PepsiCo, salary was competitive, hectic travelling, there was healthy competition. Management should be more flexible to teams work life balance for better quality work.

No point discussing after leaving the company.

Salary, Exposure to good work, office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unhealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job. Senior leadership lacks integrity and is just focused on looking good to their managers in the US despite having very low OHS scores and their teams on the brink of burnout. its a shame because PepsiCo is a renowned brand name and is a dream job for many.
