First thing is easy to reach and return to home from work because it's near about my village. Many people are working with PepsiCo to create many jobs and also helps farmers to buy a potatoes for making chips.

Dislikes

Nowadays people are facing many problems like everything is more expensive they can not be afford because salary massive reduce. We Contractor basis job are Haily not a permanent job. In my mind in future these jobs are not better.

PepsiCo is a place where we can learn lot of things, best place to learn, but meanwhile work pressure will be there,it's good company for job seekers

Heavy work pressure, can't balance work and Life both, salary is also not upto the mark for experienced candidates,for freshers salary is fine.

Salary, Exposure to good work, office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unhealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job. Senior leadership lacks integrity and is just focused on looking good to their managers in the US despite having very low OHS scores and their teams on the brink of burnout. its a shame because PepsiCo is a renowned brand name and is a dream job for many.

Work life balance is okay. Company offers very good variable pay if the company performance is good.

Dislikes

Routine work, too much of bossism politics. Not employ friendly. No scope for skill development. Benefits are not equilly applied to every employee in the company.

Company culture is okay okay. Work life balance is good in PBNA, and FLNA. Salary is little higher than average.

Dislikes

Promotions have become very slower these days, it’s getting delayed by 1 yr even if you are 100% on mark. Leaders only think about their own growth while their subordinates are not taken care of. No scope of learning, stakeholder keep the quality with themselves while we are only given entry level jobs.
