Company culture is okay okay. Work life balance is good in PBNA, and FLNA. Salary is little higher than average.

Promotions have become very slower these days, it’s getting delayed by 1 yr even if you are 100% on mark. Leaders only think about their own growth while their subordinates are not taken care of. Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
