All seniors HOD are heartless Company and director mind is run by 4 old members who are HOD of different departments All here is political environment No one support you for learning skills You will be provid donkey work No any technical skills people have and Donkey skills are provided. They all take your mobiles and login to give positive feedbacks by conveniencing you. Company is fake don't trust

Have been working at Peppermint since more than 15 years, it has been a wonderful journey. I have learnt a lot and continue to do so with the wonderful leadership.

Company Policy. Management only focused on cutting money from the pockets of the employees. The HOD here has been working for many years, so everything is done according to his mind, no one can go ahead of him, if you go ahead of him, you will be fired! Undefined key roal of area. No employee gets promotion. ZERO future scope. Lot's of emotional corners. You cannot learn single thing from this organisation.
