Only thing is that the office is located at very convenient location otherwise it's a worst company in Mumbai to work for.

Management of the company thinks that they are the last one in the world who are providing jobs to the people, there is no HR policy in place, they make or break the rules according to their convenience as there is no written communication internally. If you are going out during lunch break then you are already on the black list, they love the robots cum people who can sit infront of the system from 10-7 even without blinking their eyes and without taking any kind of breaks, being a private limited company they should follow labour laws but they don't give holidays to the people on any festival and on any national holiday. There is no sick leave or casual leaves in their dictionary.
