Full of politics, No ethics, No humanity, No respect, blaming for others mistakes. If you are hard working than you will get the work of other peers too who are irrelevant to the company Will load you that much so that you left the company than will distribute your joiners among there favourite people. Will not give your variables even you have done and completed your targets by mentioning different kind of excuses.

They have positive work culture. People are happier, healthier, more productive and less likely to leave.

They don’t provide competitive compensation. I think this play a vital role in the organization.
