Full of politics, No ethics, No humanity, No respect, blaming for others mistakes. If you are hard working than you will get the work of other peers too who are irrelevant to the company Will load you that much so that you left the company than will distribute your joiners among there favourite people. Will not give your variables even you have done and completed your targets by mentioning different kind of excuses.

just got the chance to work when dont have any opportunity otherwise no good was found neither in the recruitment process nor in the company culture after joining(worklife balance and managers knows nothing in HRSS(Alll are same senior managers to junior level managers say TL's, they believe in micromanaging ): )

compensation structure is not good along with growth rate (very poor).Work pressure is very high, managers do not value individuals unique strengths.there is on job training for employees but managers do not allow/cancel the associates to attend.

I learnt so much from This company and company focusing on digitalisation in HR various verticals , I was part of process excellence team that worked on the process gap and made process smoothly client basis. I also like the employee re hire policy here

I worked in PS for 4 years and I didn’t get any promotion and slow growth on the compensation aspect . And work pressure was high sometimes, I had to work from home as well .

Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional behavior of team mates. Deployment of employees at site without training and no support and response to them when they seek help from them. No Job security, any time they may ask for resignation and doesn't talk to the client when client enforce to so do the work which is not as per the contract. No chances of career growth, as company expecting clarical work from MBA's. Salary benchmark is too low. As far as appraisal is concern having too much unprofessional behavior, even not giving salary restructure letters and confirmation letters on letter head and on personal mail I'd.. No learning opportunities are available as company expecting clerical work from MBA's and no response and no appreciation on management suggestionsa and innovative ideas. No work life balance, totally depend on client calendar even no provision for compensatory off provided to employees those who work on offs and giving third 100% to close the task with in time line.
