No salary hike, very less hike, very less incentives compared to other companies. Your work depends on your manager. If they’re knowledgeable they will help.. else they will blame for their faults as well.

They pay your in hand salary on time, just forget about your variable pay

Full of politics, No ethics, No humanity, No respect, blaming for others mistakes. If you are hard working than you will get the work of other peers too who are irrelevant to the company Will load you that much so that you left the company than will distribute your joiners among there favourite people. Will not give your variables even you have done and completed your targets by mentioning different kind of excuses.

...y working from home, and I have no idea whether they will start office or not. Peoplestrong is very good company good management, salary credited on time, offers good salary, working for big companies like wipro. Overall Iike this company

just got the chance to work when dont have any opportunity otherwise no good was found neither in the recruitment process nor in the company culture after joining(worklife balance and managers knows nothing in HRSS(Alll are same senior managers to junior level managers say TL's, they believe in micromanaging ): )

compensation structure is not good along with growth rate (very poor).Work pressure is very high, managers do not value individuals unique strengths.there is on job training for employees but managers do not allow/cancel the associates to attend.

I learnt so much from This company and company focusing on digitalisation in HR various verticals , I was part of process excellence team that worked on the process gap and made process smoothly client basis. I also like the employee re hire policy here

I worked in PS for 4 years and I didn’t get any promotion and slow growth on the compensation aspect . And work pressure was high sometimes, I had to work from home as well .
