Nothing, they take advantage if you have any gap in your experience and then exploit you. Teammates are ok.

Dislikes

Everything. From salary to growth perspective. Faviortism is what you get to see everyday. Top management is involved in petty decisions of approving holidays. Night shifts but no money. Bad appraisal policies, no incentives.

Salary is less and there should be permanent work from home option because the same work can be done in home which we can do in office.but the sad part is outside people need to pay the rent which is huge amount

Had a great rapport with all my managers and colleagues(seniors and juniors)

Dislikes

There was no ease in changing shift.I had requested to change my shift to a 5pm-2am from 7pm-4am because of my health. There was no hearing to my plea and I had to leave the job. The iteration rate was too high because of some issue yet I found it a place where I could grow my career but Alas!

Work life balance is the best here, I have worked with other organization as well and I really like it here.

Everything is nice, except if you have come from a big MNC then at times you may feel it's a small organization. (Small mnc)

It is just an amazing experience to work at Trueblue. A great environment with supporting and helping co-workers. A great work life balance.

There's nothing such that a person would dislike there it's just that if the organization would provide incentive it would be better.
