There is a lot of scope for learning and growing working with seniors who have been on field for more than 30 years. Most of the employees are on field talking to people, organising awareness programmes on the rights of women, children and the poor. The works of the organisation are spread across 12 districts both in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. There is a scope for freshers to bring in their creative ideas in reaching out to people. Documented properly about the works done on the field, one doesn't have to feel insecure about their job. Even if there is no project, the organisation will keep you engaged if they feel that you are not an expense. Planned properly, one will not have work-life imbalances.

Dislikes

The organisation believes that social work is not commercial, so the salaries when compared with National and International organisation are slightly less. However, when compared with other organisations they are reasonable. If one is hired for a project, they will be paid as per it and if one is hired as a member of the organisation they will be paid less. That is because, even if there is no project, you will be on rolls.
