There is a lot of scope for learning and growing working with seniors who have been on field for more than 30 years. Most of the employees are on field talking to people, organising awareness programmes on the rights of women, children and the poor. The works of the organisation are spread across 12 districts both in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. There is a scope for freshers to bring in their creative ideas in reaching out to people. The organisation believes that social work is not commercial, so the salaries when compared with National and International organisation are slightly less. However, when compared with other organisations they are reasonable. If one is hired for a project, they will be paid as per it and if one is hired as a member of the organisation they will be paid less.
