They will give chance to work on different technologies.

Dislikes

...t calls IST Time. Most of their call start at 5pm IST and Stay till 1AM IST. 3.Dont expect OT, Bonus and Increment. 4.They will terimenate at any time if they fell your not worth without any intimate.

It is a Hyderabad-based company, 1. Salary is not got on time and they are not informed properly. 2. They have not given importance to other locations people (Job Security). 3. You will not learn anything in this company.

PTG has nice office building located at prime location at Hitech City. They offer free breakfast, lunch and dinner ( south Indian dishes). Small company where every one knows each other by face.

Dislikes

1. No job security. Seen many people getting terminated in mass. 2. PTG core business isn't software rather Film Industry. 3. Has flat management where you will get 1 or 2 layers to escalate issue to CEO. CEO doesn't seems to have Software Industry experience but has lot of funds. 4. Not good for experienced person as PTG doesn't have enough long running projects and lack of good sales team, no good projects are in hands. Due to low gross margins, experience employee are always at risk.

I Like their Work Environment and collegues are very good and friendly .

Dislikes

This company wont provide any apparaisal , work is not appreciated by the Mangaers often conducts drives but recruits freshers as interns after six months they will remove everyone by just sending a PIP mails Mangaers with authority in hand gives priority their feelings rather considering employees performance so much of politics i dont want to recommend such Company to any Fresher.

Worst company ever worked Toxic work culture Toxic ceo, only word he knows is to fire employees No respect and value to your work Ceo gives more importance to movies than the IT employees HR contribution is minimal and no encouragement from the ceo to implement and streamline the processes

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
