No work culture, no salary hike, no project opportunity, false advertising of projects, no respect from your higher authorities, hr are not al all helpful. Overall the company is just a mess.

It is a Hyderabad-based company, 1. Salary is not got on time and they are not informed properly. 2. They have not given importance to other locations people (Job Security). 3. You will not learn anything in this company.

PTG has nice office building located at prime location at Hitech City. They offer free breakfast, lunch and dinner ( south Indian dishes). Small company where every one knows each other by face.

Dislikes

1. No job security. Seen many people getting terminated in mass. 2. PTG core business isn't software rather Film Industry. 3. Has flat management where you will get 1 or 2 layers to escalate issue to CEO. CEO doesn't seems to have Software Industry experience but has lot of funds. 4. Not good for experienced person as PTG doesn't have enough long running projects and lack of good sales team, no good projects are in hands. Due to low gross margins, experience employee are always at risk.

I Like their Work Environment and collegues are very good and friendly .

This company wont provide any apparaisal , work is not appreciated by the Mangaers often conducts drives but recruits freshers as interns after six months they will remove everyone by just sending a PIP mails Mangaers with authority in hand gives priority their feelings rather considering employees performance so much of politics i dont want to recommend such Company to any Fresher.
