Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Initially while hiring they said it's 1 year contract. I have joined and working later after 6 months they said your contract is completed you can leave. They didn't provided me notice period also. Highly not recommended. No job Guarantee.

No culture and work ethics. Too many internal politics. The seniors just complain on you without any reason. Joining letter will not be given initially. It will be provided only after one year. Too much back biting by people who are close with the boss. No value for your work. You just need to nod the head of whatever the boss says to be out of trouble.
