Cry for appraisal. First 3 years dont hope for appraisal it might be 1k or 2k . Lesser salary. 10k to fresher and dont hope for appraisal. Work load is enough. Politics. Headache bcoz no one would respond for your loss in apraisal.

Disastrous Experience with Peocit Software Solution I regret to say that my experience with Peocit Software Solution was noting short of a nightmare From the outset their promise of top notch software solution seemed appealing but reality was far from it Firstly their customer services was abysmal it felt like pulling teeth to get any sort of response from them they did respond it was often vague and unhelpful it seemed as though once they secured our business they couldn't care less about our concerns or issue in summary i would strongly advise anyone considering Peocit Software solution to steer clear save yourself the headache and hassle of dealing with incompetent customer services faulty software and outrageous prices there are plenty of other companies out there that actually deliver on their promise and provide a positive experience for their customer Peocit Software solutions is certainly not one o it
