1. Now i completed two years with PSSPL but no any increament And i have ask but always give stupid reason. 2. In initial phase always give work load and RM is pressurise the new commer. 3. There is lots of politics are there in organisation when I had given resignation actually as per appointment letter if I am ready to serve notice period then company have to allow me to serve notice period or company have to pay me notice salary as per company rules. But same is not happened. Seniors are totally irritate while working

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
