CEO and MD of the organization is a sensible person, opportunities granted to learn and grow

Dislikes

The company has favouritism, where some employees are preferred over others. However once the utility of the employee is finished, they are discarded like garbage (कामा पुर्ता मामा). God only knows who has selected the Admin, but the Admin, like other management has zero knowledge how to perform their tasks, and only knows to deduct salary for stupid reasons and make nonsensical rules. Hardworking employees are NEVER appreciated, despite of putting in more 15 to 24 hours at a stretch for projects and other activities. None of the benefits earned in projects are passed over to the team working on it. Company has a habit and policy of winning projects and deploying at most 3 people (1 senior + 2 juniors) to complete them in illogical timeframes. Furthermore, those who are deployed face flak and are shouted upon if Client complains. Everyone is expected to perform every task, thus rendering CVs useless as none of the projects are seen to be worked upon at a stretch! Company has also engaged in dodgy business practices resulting in layoffs for nearly 25+ employees in last few months with ZERO Notice!

The Company Owner is good. He understands the basic problems but management under him is worst.

Dislikes

The Director of the company is very selfish and a typical Gujarati. She has an accountant for her assistance who is also a Gujarati. She is busy in making her own profit by earning black money. She is very greedy. She will give you work on call at any time at the night and also will expect you to complete it in 10 minutes. Even if you do the work by exerting your efforts, she will point out some mistake and will scold you even late at night and she will keep this in mind at the time of appraisal. She is nearly around 40, but her way of talking is also not good with senior employees of the organization. Her attitude towards client is also not good.

Co-operative & helping colleague & Staff, management at manager level is good, it is worst from 2nd level management from top. average policies of company.

Dislikes

teammates are good , learn at your own interest , no job security you will fire at any time so be careful, no career growth, only 10% salary growth/year, Company has no value of its employee.
