this company exploitd employees, taing advantage of their hardwork only to lay them off, eithout any readon, thy expect employees to bond like family and discuss personal matters like relationships and girlfriends.. they insult and demean their employees using office politics like their so called 'founding team' one who invests remains in the company becuase afterall you cannot remove an investor even though they are doing bare minimum at work......also theyy plan club parties and event sin the name of coroporate events and waste their investor money on so called team bonding which only includes of alcohol and being wasted for the night.

1.Everyone works closely together, making it easy to share ideas and collaborate. 2.Working in various roles and tasks encourages us to take on responsibilities, significantly enhancing our skills and knowledge.

1.The push for new ideas can occasionally disrupt established workflows. 2.The need to juggle multiple tasks can lead to difficulties in prioritizing work.
