I request company to plz before giving promotion ,plz check employe work then plz appoint for further position, in team ther will not see hard work ther will see only friendship ad who will close to them ,ad ther will select for senior position ,so i request our CEO to check employe work before promoting to employ ,plz don't handle to team managers r to team leader ,ad in team ther never see employe hard work ,ad no value for hard work,proof plz check the work which i handled in laptop ad compare to others work who's recently working till now ,then you will cum to know .the honesty........thank you

I liked working at Rupifi but now I don't find the motivation to work here. Our manager doesn't care if we do something or not. It's like all the motivation has being removed out of me.

No manager as such to overview our work. TA team has a "TA Manager" but she doesn't work, always takes leaves.

So there is only one thing I like, which is WFH; other than this, nothing else. Because after joining the company, you realize why you have joined the company.

Working in Rupifi is really not a great idea because if you are coming from a collection background, then it's not good because people over here have an attitude and will not teach you anything, and if I talk about appraisal, then in a very rare case, you will get. So before joining think once and then decide

Hybrid work culture

Hire and Fire company.They laid off 30-40% team members including leadership because of wrong fund management by Co-founders.They spent on luxuries but to become profitable they laid off 40% team members including whole leadership .So think twice before joining.

The office culture is very friendly and relaxed, work hours are flexible, there is no cap on the number of paid leaves you can take.

Dislikes

Since the engineering team works completely remote, there is a disconnect between new members and old employees.
