Compensation is decent but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high sometimes have to work 14 _ to 16 hours in a day.

HR policy and respect worst culture and HR people ruling all departments they frame rules but HR people not following any rules after I join my future will spoiled and management also not good my suggestion please don’t join this company

Nothing you can like in Pellets pharma, very bad administration and culture, without no reason, they are terminate the senior management team and not paying the salary for notice period time. Very bad

They are terminating the senior management team without no reason and even they terminate, thy are not allowing to work for notice period time and not paying the salary for notice period time, They are not bothered for families. Now see the senior and junior people fate in the company. very terrible. Very poor culture. Psychic mentality people. Suitable words are not there in the dictionary to describe the management people culture mentality, attitude.

Management doesn't have any administration skills, vry poor treatment with employees, who are skilled and working hard, people who are doing bhagana around the them, they appreciate. Even they are not maintaining the HR policies also. I they doesn't like they terminate on the same day without any reason and also not paying single paisa as per ofer notice ( #months notice period). This is the treatment for experienced people thing about the freshers and also for less experienced people. Terribly company

well there is no LIKES at all in the end you will loose yourself. you will regret making the joining decision. IF you don't believe pls go ahead and join and come here and read this again will ring some bells at least even after joining. YET life is learn from mistakes but not from this joining in this company mistake, dear whoever reading this please dont join and spoil your career . so if you want job or hike please take this offer letter and join/retain in current company. This applies to all departments im not mentioning any particular department not to join which includes EM, HR , Manufacturing , IT ARD , QC QA etc.,

Dont believe in people who already given 5 star rating soon they will see their stars and regret. all they need is experience and time.
