Salary and Appraisal structure is very bad. Managers are not having knowledge about product. Unnecessary tasks are given to employees. Lot of politics happens within the team. Managers are supporting employees who are not having any knowledge about the product and also backing them for their mistakes which had caused business impact in larger scale.

Likes

Team is knowledgeable, and no punch in punch out tracking in office. Learning is good in starting. People are good in general.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Have to work on nights, weekends. They save money by putting people on 24 hours on call. Company is less staffed as compared to work load. No backup associates hired. So, taking leaves feel like a punishment as your work will increase when you are not there and. Managers are toxic to the core specially in Support. Founder is frugal and management tries to save money in every bits and pieces. They are Charging for transport facilities as well. It is a product based company but no perks whatsoever.

Synergy and harmony amoung employees for work is excellent. All are very experienced in their field of work and Supportive for any help. Good for learning

Dislikes

Not diverse work. Individual only work on given platform and able to acquaint specific knowledge about the product

Poor work-life balance! Managers treat employees harshly! Every time issue comes it will be critical, even though it can be avoided beforehand. Micromanagement! Poor Documentation/management!
